“Our vision is to offer convenient culinary options worldwide by partnering with entrepreneurs and successful graduates of our Ril Chef Initiative program who have established diverse culinary concession businesses. We measure success by having over 20 of our culinary concession trailers at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angels and expanding into Nigeria, which is rapidly developing as a business and tourism hub."
Our Executive Chef, Aaron McCray, is a culinary entrepreneur who has managed multi-unit operations with $10 million in sales annually. He has overseen and revitalized sales in multi concept retail operations, he holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in organizational leadership. With seven years of experience in mass-production of meals to go, he has successfully produced and distributed 10,000 meals weekly across multiple delivery platforms. As the Executive Chef for the Chicago Bears NFL Summer Camp for 6 years, he has catered to a wide range of clientele, upholding an exceptional standard of service and quality.
With family-friendly pricing, minimal operational costs, and non-profit status, our multiple food concession units enhance profitability and brand loyalty. We serve communities nationwide, offering a broad range of culinary opportunities. Our food is produced in a satellite kitchen to ensure productivity and consistent quality. Our storefront buffet-to-go restaurant locations double as production kitchens, supplying six or more food trailers at each site. Through a robust sales revenue stream, donations, grants, sponsorships, and merchandise sales, we control extensive resources. These resources are used to empower and develop communities by supporting youth sports teams and after-school programs. The involvement of church volunteers and teachers cultivates a community spirit conducive to success.
